Terms & Condition

1. Format of Payment

♥ Kindly use Fs-Boutique Order Form provided to place your order. We will confirm the correct details of the Order Form before payment is made.

♥ Just copy and paste the format and content into MsWord / Notepad and email it to us.

♥ Only ONE payment is required.

♥ Please be assured that we will not chalk up overseas shipping charge. It is determined by the type of item.

♥ All items are included of Shipping Fee. Additional charges will be added for normal/registered postage and meeting fee.

2. Payment Terms

♥ Please do not bargain or ask for discount on items. In comparable to the prices set by local seller in Town and other websites, we know that you have saved quite an amount through shopping in Fs-Boutique.

♥ We only accept payment through ATM Transfers.

♥ All full payment must made to Fs-Boutique Savings Account after our confirmation of your order or otherwise your order will be void.

♥ Please do not purchase from Fs-Boutique if you are not comfortable with the prices.

3. Confirmation of Order

♥ All confirmation of orders will be done strictly though email within 48 hrs.

4. After Payment

♥ All purchases are non-refundable or ex-changeable.

♥ No cancellation of orders or refund of payment once payment has been made to Fs-Boutique.

♥ A full refund will only be made when the items you ordered are out of stock as promised!

5. Inquires on Items

♥ Due to mass production by Seller, please allow 2~3cm difference in measurement for items.

♥ Color may differ due to different lighting and monitor resolution.

♥ Spree will only CLOSE when capping is REACHED.

6. Arrival of Goods

♥ Please note that goods might arrive within one month or later upon payment to the Seller.

♥ Do not submit your orders to Fs-Boutique if you cannot afford to wait.

♥ Upon receipt of goods from Seller, I will ship out your items within 3 working days as I need time to sort and pack them accordingly so your patience will be deeply appreciated!

♥ I will not be liable for any defects in item because this is the Seller’s fault.

7. Local or Registered Mail or Meet-up

♥ Meet-up is ONLY done in Woodlands area at my convenience after items arrive. Please do not stood me up!

♥ I will not refund in the event where SingPost loses his/her package via normal mail.

♥ Please opt for registered mail if you fear for such incident to happen. Customers who placed their orders to Fs-Boutique have accepted my Terms & Conditions apply. I reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and conditions at any point of time.
